- Residential Counselor (Didn't like getting beaten up, too emotional)
- Social Worker (Too emotional)
- Sociologist (Decided that's not really a thing)
My various jobs have taught me things about what I do and don't want from long-term employment. They haven't lead me to a job/career that would provide those things. Lots of goals have come and gone by the wayside. All that's left is confusion, really, at least that's what it feels like.
One time I went through indeed.com and was going to make a list of any job I wanted, regardless of whether I could actually get it or was qualified, and try to figure out what they had in common as a way to point me in the right path. I think I found about 2 jobs.
What does that say, that if the sky's the limit, the field's still empty?
