Breakfast: Egg, cheddar sandwich and a honey latte from Urban Coffee Lounge
Thank goodness for Seattle. Not too hard to find unprocessed convenience foods. Wednesday is my convenience food day traditionally. It's just something I do and enjoy and will not give up for this month.
Lunch: Turkey sandwich with tomato jelly, pepper jack, arugala; pluot
3 pm: My sugar cravings are killing me. They are worse now than they usually are, I doubt it's related to the healthy food intake but you never can tell. I had a mug of tea that's chocolate flavored, tasted remarkably like chocolate only lacking the sweetness but it really didn't do the trick. Now I'm wanting a snack and can't get anything from the machine on account of it's all processed and don't want to walk to Safeway... Waaaahhhh. Guess I'll just eat my apple and hope it doesn't make me even hungrier like it usually does. (Stupid simple carbs...)
